Deposits are transferable but not refundable. Private party Cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee if an event is booked then cancelled within 6 weeks of event. If the cancellation fee is unpaid the week of the cancellation, the deposit is no longer transferable.

Matt's Mixology specializes in interactive events such as corporate parties, team building mixology classes, bachelorette celebrations, weddings, and classic cocktails bartending services. We teach you how to make classic cocktails and other fun seasonal cocktails.

If no validated parking is provided by a private event booking at a hotel or office, a charge may be added to your invoice. Other fees like ice load/pickup, custom menu design, printing, consulting, on-site visits, etc. will be added to your invoice. Every booking has 1 free site visit, and one free consult phone call. We reserve the right to charge for anything extra that requires time or preparation.

We do not have a liquor license. Colorado doesn't have a Bartender license, however my team is TIPS certified to serve you and your clients.

Insured for general liability, Liquor liability, on-site visits, workers compensation for my staff on-site, as well as AUTO.

Please ask about glassware rentals ahead of time. Rentals start at $59.

You can choose your preferred cocktails from our menu tab. We then provide a step-by-step instruction sheet. Note that we don't provide the alcohol. We'll guide you on purchasing the right amount for your event.

No, we provide a list of recommended alcohols which you can order for delivery using services like Argonaut or other big box stores. Only 750ML bottles are permitted. We can pick up the order for a fee.

We require an hour for setup at the chosen venue.

The class begins with 15 minutes of instruction and Q&A. Following that, we guide you through cocktail crafting one-on-one with an instructor. Classes last 2 hours. Bigger groups may require extra time.

Yes, larger groups can be catered to, but they might require an additional hour.
